Important :

For M Ch / DNB trainees presenting AWARD PAPERS, registration fee will be INR 8000/-.
Accommodation on twin sharing basis at concessional rates for trainees presenting AWARD PAPERS.

Please Note :

Non-Residential Package includes Conference registration, Delegate kit + Lunches on both days, Dinner & Entertainment Program.
For residential packages, the check in time of the hotel is 1400 Hrs and check Out time is 1100 Hrs.
The above fee is inclusive of GST as applicable.

Cancellation Policy :

Before 15^th Feb 2025: 75% of the fee (excluding bank charges) will be refunded.
Before 15^th Mar 2025: 50% of the fee (excluding bank charges) will be refunded.
After 15^th Mar 2025: 100% cancellation will be charged and no refunds will be processed.
